Digital Scrapbook Freebies

One of my dear children bought me the Jan Creating Keepsakes mag for Christmas. They have a digital scrapping tutorial insert this time with step by step instructions for completing several first time projects. It requires the free adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 trial version. If you are techno-challenged (guilty as charged!) you can also print the embellisments on cardstock and use them like regular paper accents.

Digital Scrapbook Place has a freebie gallery with tons of downloads

Dital Design Essentials has some freebies and great kits

designer digitals freebies

shabby Princess has lovely free kits

Scrap Outside the Box, like some of the above sites, has tutorials online

When you finish you can print your pages at home in 8x8 or 8x11 size.  If you want a 10by10 or 12 by 12 size page you can go to Scrapbooks.com and have your pages printed and even bound into hardcover books if you like.  Price per page comes to about $2.50.

Thank you for these links - I'm new to digital scrapbooking and freebies are right up my alley! :)

Oh, wow...digital scrapping has come a long way since I first heard about it. Wow, wow, wow. I like to scrap, but not having a dedicated space kind of complicates things. Also, I definitely don't enjoy the mess and all the stuff and have TONS of digital photos waiting for me. Hmmm...I really might have to consider this digital scrapping thing.

Thanks for the links. I spent some time last night tinkering with Photoshop. I had no idea you could do all that stuff!

There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my bread with you, and sometimes share a sorrow, too.. There isn't much that I can do, but I can sit an hour with you, and I can share a joke with you, and sometimes share reverses, too.. There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my flowers with you, and I can share my books with you, and sometimes share your burdens, too.. There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my songs with you, and I can share my mirth with you, and sometimes come and laugh with you.. There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my hopes with you, and I can share my fears with you, and sometimes shed some tears with you.. There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my friends with you, and I can share my life with you, and oftentimes share a prayer with you.
