This chart proposes to identify which nutrients your body is asking for when you crave certain foods. Interesting! Though I wonder what craving these means.....

sigh. Somedays I really miss corn syrup.

Wow! That is very interesting. My special needs son loves to chew ice. He also has never been a big meat eater because of sensitivities and chewing difficulties. I wonder if there is a connection, and if he could be low on iron?! I will have to look into that. Thanks for posting this! Oh, and that photo brought back memories. My mom used to love that candy.

It means you miss the circus? ;-) Or maybe that corn syrup is simply an addictive substance.

That's a good list. I was looking for lists like that last year, and one I found suggested that if you were craving a donut, you should have a bagel with jam on it. I don't know about anyone else, but just because a bagel is the same shape as a donut, I don't think it would satisfy my craving for one.

If you are anything like me, your life IS a circus...so there ya go! Props! We all need a bit of "atmosphere" too bad corn syrup is so bad for you, huh?

I know chocolate cravings have to do with Magnesium....what about craving FINE DARK Chocolate...mmmm? ;o)
