Good to hear from you. I hope your son will be around for a bit; the rosary should be in the mail Monday. If he will not be there for a week or so, send me his next address!

Poor kids...they just want some chicken nuggets! ;-)

I hope the medical tests all turn out fine.

Theresa

A little note:
1. I totally understand about country with a K. We can't have that.
2. However, I am jealous that you move all the way to Germany and still have an IKEA and I have yet to live near enough to one to shop there.
3. The McDonalds thing cracked me up.
4. We are moving to Santa Fe tomorrow. It'll take us about a week to get there. Perhaps there will be an IKEA there. If not, I reserve the right to remain jealous.

Kim

I totally give you the IKEA envy. I had it for years and will only make it worse telling you that for me it IS all that. ; D We got the littles set up for Christmas there with their Swedish toys. Yay!

However, Santa Fe is an all-time fave place of mine. Seriously. Mary Emmerling's Santa Fe house was the very best she has done imo. Am having Santa Fe style pangs right now just remembering. Santos and wool rugs and silver - oh my!

Theresa

Well, you'll just have to come visit then. And I promise if I ever make it to Germany, you are on the top of my list!

Kim

Deal! But girl you're gonna feel bad for me when you see my vintage Alaska souvenir plate. I have been collecting old state plates from all the places we had been. I got Alaska because it had a reeeeaallly nice aqua rim lol and I justified it by saying we would go visit Theresa to make it legit. Now see? ; )

KC

I've been loving hearing about your adventures. The pictures are so beautiful.

I came on here to just say "hi" and find out that Theresa is moving to Santa Fe. What great adventures they have.

I am not moving anytime soon even though we still have a couple more years left before retirement. And now, I must get back to my sewing costumes for our Nutcracker performances.

Kim

Thank you KC. : ) Sewing cosumes qualifies as an adventure in my book! It certainly would be that if I tried...

Genevieve

Oh sweetie! What adventures! Missed our phone conversations. All is well here. Sometimes I'm shoveling while it snows. Sometimes I'm bailing water out of a sinking boat. It all depends on my mood. *grinz* Just wanted to say I miss you and I regret I couldn't make time to talk to you when I just had the baby. *hugs*

There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my bread with you, and sometimes share a sorrow, too.. There isn't much that I can do, but I can sit an hour with you, and I can share a joke with you, and sometimes share reverses, too.. There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my flowers with you, and I can share my books with you, and sometimes share your burdens, too.. There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my songs with you, and I can share my mirth with you, and sometimes come and laugh with you.. There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my hopes with you, and I can share my fears with you, and sometimes shed some tears with you.. There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my friends with you, and I can share my life with you, and oftentimes share a prayer with you.
