what is that in the dish? it looks like a cork, but i can't figure out why a cork would be there?!

Nancy G.

I think there is space between the inside bottom of the dish and the outside bottom of the dish. You remove the cork, fill the space with hot/warm water, replace the cork. The warm water keeps the food warm as baby eats at a leisurely pace.

Oh, yeah, this is right up my alley! I'm so glad you posted this. I'm saving all of the links for grandbaby shopping! My kids will like having them, too.

Look at those cute, cute dresses! Fun.

Susan :-)

That bib is so cute!

I had a similar dish when I was a baby! Wow. I am so vintage. I like that better than "I am so old" don't you? Sounds chic. Love the Scottie bib with the red gingham backing!

Is that baby out yet?? Prayers for a safe delivery! I know! Commit to coming to my tea party on Sunday. Sure-fire way to have that baby by then.
